Hi!
Here are some good tips from Professional veterinarian:
The puppy should be enclosed in a small area (meter by meter will be sufficient). The compound should be placed in the center of the house (eg in the living room) so as not to create social isolation, which can lead to behavioral problems later on. In the compound, the dog must be accommodated in a resting place (mattress or better), as far as possible from the exit gate of the compound. The dog's water vessel should be placed outside the flying cabin and the food should be sprinkled on the dog's place where the dog is kept, so that he will not relieve himself.
In the rest of the complex three layers of newspapers should be laid. When the puppy has defecated on the newspapers, throw the first layer of newspapers and the third layer.
The second layer with the spongy smell of urine should be placed close to the compound opening, as the first layer of the new newspaper cluster. The puppy will prefer to take care of the newspaper that smells. If the puppy has met the needs in the compound a short while ago, or immediately after he has had needs outside, he may be allowed to walk around the house under supervision for about 20 minutes and then take him out again or return him to the area for further emptying.
